Return & Replacement Policy

At Melas India, we aim to provide quality products to our customers.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests may be accepted only in the following cases:

·       Wrong product delivered

·       Missing items in the package

·       Manufacturing defect

2. Non-Returnable Products
