At Melas India, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time across India.

1. Order Processing

·       Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days confirmation.

·       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·       During high-demand periods, festive sales, or promotional campaigns, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

·       Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

·       Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

·       Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

·       Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

·       Free shipping offers may be available on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.


5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.


6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
